After earning my BFA in Graphic Design, I started a woodworking business selling handcrafted kitchen essentials directly to consumers and select wholesale partners, including Food52 and America’s Test Kitchen. As my online business grew, so did my preoccupation with the power of storytelling, rich and informative visual experiences, and the tenacious humans at the heart of exceptional brands. Eventually, I set down my carving tools and shifted my focus to become a team-oriented marketer and producer of brands and artists I believed in.

In the ten years that followed, I built a sought-after skillset adaptable to an ever-changing marketing, consumer, and economic landscape. I produce and leverage customer-centered visual stories coupled with compelling product imagery. I build top-of-funnel and retention-driven marketing strategies across multiple channels. I foster symbiotic relationships with operations and finance teams to drive revenue and encourage lean + sustainable manufacturing initiatives. And it all started with me carving and selling spoons in the baby-days of Shopify.
